Dr. Elizabeth de Magalhães Serra holds a PhD in Management Science and a Postdoctoral degree in Economics & Business. Currently, she serves as a Partner at PULSAR Development International (London, UK) and PULSAR Consulting Group (Germany). Since 2018, she has also been the Country Representative for Portugal at ATIGS (Africa Trade & Investment).
With 18 years of international experience, her expertise spans market research and consulting, specializing in corporate strategy, fundraising, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, spin-off programs, as well as innovation and marketing management. She has worked across more than 20 industries, both nationally and internationally, covering a wide range of sectors.

Since 1996, she has authored several books and research papers published in peer-reviewed international journals, focusing on Business Marketing, Marketing Research, Brand Management, Sales Force Management, and International Business Management.
